MATRIX top concern is its customers satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your system under the following terms and conditions:
The client receive a special approval for a 30 days trail period (at ordering stage) – if the client return the system within 30 days of delivery he will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping expenses.
Regular sale, returns within 30 days from delivery – the client will receive refund of the purchase price minus the shipping expenses, installation, handling and 25% restocking fee.
All systems and items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes with all the parts and accessories.
All returns must receive the company approval prior shipping.
Refund will be applied after the return system has been accepted and tested.
